Definitions

  • Parking service located just 5 minutes from Geneva Airport.
  • Platform: The website www.ainpark.fr used for booking.
  • User: Any person making a reservation via the Platform.
  • Service: Provision of a parking space (short or long term) including free shuttle service to/from the airport.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, the User fully agrees to these terms. Any misuse may result in cancellation of the booking.

Booking

  • The User selects arrival and departure times, as well as the parking type (short or long term).
  • A confirmation email is sent once payment is completed.
  • All information provided (license plate, contact details) must be accurate.

Access and Use of Parking

  • The User must arrive on time to benefit from the free shuttle to the airport.
  • Vehicles must be parked only in the designated space.
  • Maintenance or cleaning activities are prohibited inside the car park.
  • The User is responsible for locking and securing the vehicle.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the free shuttle service.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Geneva Airport Ainpark Parking Genève offers flexible payment methods to suit your needs, with free cancellation available in certain cases:

1. Online Payment (10% Discount)

  • Enjoy a 10% discount when paying in advance online using your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
  • Your booking will be confirmed immediately upon successful payment.
  • You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your arrival.
  • If cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours before arrival, a 10% fee of the total amount will apply.

2. Payment on Arrival

  • You can choose to pay in cash or by card upon arrival at our reception desk at the airport.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before arrival (applicable only to non-prepaid bookings).

Modification and Cancellation

  • Bookings can be modified or canceled within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation.
  • Some promotional offers may be non-cancellable or non-modifiable.
  • Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Ainpark Parking Genève provides secure parking with free shuttle service but cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic or external events.
  • Ainpark Parking Genève is not responsible for theft or damage to the vehicle unless proven negligent.
  • Ainpark Parking Genève’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond control (weather, strikes, technical issues), services may be suspended without compensation.

Personal Data

User data is collected only for booking management. The User has the right to access, correct, or delete personal data according to applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts where Ainpark Parking Genève is registered.

Amendments to the Terms

Ainpark Parking Genève reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.
